I slacked today. Was supposed to do 1200m x 4 intervals for training today. But i only did 400m x 6. LOL. Big difference. Timing all like shit. 1.23, 1.23, 1.24, 1.24, 1.26, 1.21. No point carrying on. Went gym. Pump some iron weights.

Went home. Ate mac for dinner. All my training wasted. Who cares...
